Mana's Art Car

I did not accomplish anything I set out to do today. Don't get me wrong, it was still a good day. I got to hang out with friends and help the Ballet Ministry. Half way to the church this morning, I remembered that Mana had voice at school today. I had to turn around and go back to the house to get her voice books to take back to the school for her. (Only her 2nd practice since the schedule change!)When I got to the church, Debbie and I could not print the Widow and Widower Valentine invitations because the printer was needed all morning. I stayed and tried to get the children's newsletter done. Then the staff had lunch to celebrate Bro. James' belated birthday. Afterwards, I went to the Ballet area to help prepare the new floor that was being installed. I enjoyed hanging out with my friends today. I do not do that has much as I use to since I mainly work at home.

I picked up CJ and Rebecca for art this afternoon. Their project was to come up with a theme for an art car and draw out their plan. I visit a website named Art Car Central. They had to pull their inspiration from this site and things they like. Mana wanted to do this project also. She decided her theme would be Girl Power! I had found some model cars at K&B Toys going out of business sale. Mana did a great job on her car! I can't wait until my art students finish theirs!
